SHIPPING

We are currently operating on a standard 12-week lead time consisting of a 10-week manufacturing lead time to the factory door plus an additional 2 weeks for shipping to destinations within Europe. A small number of products are on an extended lead time. Product-relevant lead times are indicated on the product pages of this website.

Direct orders are to be shipped to a reputable delivery firm. Shipping directly to the customer address is not possible (exceptions apply), as loading and unloading requires a loading bay. In some markets we can recommend a delivery firm, but the customer is responsible for researching any firm they choose to use to ensure such firm offers a reliable, professional service.
